Our delivery charges are calculated by volume, weight and destination country. We do our best to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible.

Shipments can be made via courier, land transport, sea freight and air freight

If goods are coming into the UK they will be delivered to our warehouse.  Once received we will contact you to book in the delivery / installation.

If delays are made at your request, storage charges will be incurred.  Price will depend on volume of goods.

All deliveries must be signed for with a Clear Bill of Lading

Customs fees, brokers fees, taxes, duties, importer of record, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Failure to make payment will result in delays (of which Workform Environments Ltd cannot be held responsible) and ultimately the return of the goods and further costs accrued.

Each country has their own percentage rate, this information can be found at your local customs office. You as the customer are solely responsible for paying these fees. Please ensure you are familiar with your countries importing rules and regulations and contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery to port only is applicable in some countries.

For imports into the USA you will need to be aware of the Importer Security Filing (ISF) Rule more commonly known as the 10+2 Rule and you must ensure you’ve appointed a Power of Attorney in order to clear your goods through customs.

Please ensure you are familiar with your countries importing rules and regulations and if you are unsure please contact your local customs office for more information.

On-site installation for international orders is assessed on a job by job basis and is upon request.

*On-site installation is not available for lighting/electrical products or for deliveries outside the UK and does not include electrical fitting for lighting, drilling or hanging mirrors and/or pictures.

Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order prior to dispatch. For example, lift sizes, internal doors and tight spaces.

Consider things such as:

  • Red routes and parking restrictions
  • Delivery access and size restrictions
  • Suitable access to the property
  • Restricted access to the property and time restrictions

Please note: Delivery times do not include the time it takes for your order to be made.

*once dispatched from the Manufacturer / Workform Environments Ltd and pending customs clearance. Bulky, multiple item orders and oversized goods, like lounge chairs, stools, shelving, chairs, armchairs, large lamps, sofas, sideboards or tables, need to be transported by a freight forwarder specialist, often travelling by sea freight. The freight costs depend on the value of the goods, their weight/volume and the country of delivery. The delivery timescales for some items is approximately 6-14 weeks dependant on the manufacturer. Preparation of export documentation can sometimes take an additional 5-10 working days whilst goods are awaiting dispatch from the manufacturer/Workform Environments Ltd warehouses, we do our very best to keep delays to a minimum.

All international deliveries are curb-side only and the delivery company will require assistance unloading items.

Can I make a return?

All of our products are made to order and cannot be returned.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?

We want to be 100% sure that you are satisfied with your goods upon delivery. If faulty you are able to return these goods for a refund based on the following:

This must be determined on receipt of the goods and must be checked thoroughly whilst the delivery person waits. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged please take photographs to submit as evidence of packaging and damaged product.  Please note, it is critical that you keep all the original packaging.

Once goods are dispatched Workform Environments Ltd cannot take responsibility for any damages.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, the balance of the order will be required in full.  This is because these pieces are made to order, under your instruction and it is unlikely that we can resell them at full price, therefore the goods cannot be re-stocked.
