This sculptural and dynamic table base of the Alexander Dining Table is made entirely of hand-formed sheet steel, with a shaped and textured surface fashioned by individual hammer blows. The angular asymmetrical design complements the organic surface quality yielding a table base that is as much a beautiful work of art as it is an extraordinary piece of furniture. The “Brassy” patina on steel and the sumptuous walnut top add a luxurious finish.
